This book is specially designed for Indian mothers and I am glad I read this book, it's simple, straight, humourous and most importantly very informative. This book is not only for pregnant women but for women who want to conceive as well. It talks about a lifestyle that is more local and is not surrounded by the hyped foods. I read this book in anticipation to learn something deeper that what I already know. It's a good read for starters though I was expecting a bit more detailed information to help with my knowledge. I am not too disappointed though I think I wanted something more and useful.
